Okay, I'm not a really religious person but from what I've heard the bible has a lot of rules. I think that you would have to live in a bubble or take a life time vow of silence if we wanted to avoid everything that could get us kicked out of heaven. No one can touch the relationship that you have with God. Your teacher is not God and only he/she can decide what will happen to you. If this is an issue of whether or not you should have sex before marriage do what your heart tells you to do. If no one ever ever "sinned" there would be no such thing as confession. But...confession isn't an excuse to do wrong.

If sex outside of marriage precluded a person from entering heaven, then in the end, heaven will be pretty empty - except for a lot of really ugly people (the ones that couldn't get any)!!!

Don't believe the hype. Your teacher is trying to scare you. You mention a teacher so you are probably young and that is why you shouldn't make the whoopie. You won't realize it until you are older but at 16 you really don't understand the consequences in life. Even 18 is somewhat young.

If you think you are ready just make sure you use a condom EVERY SINGLE TIME.

sex is too special to be treated like a pill you take to make you fell better. You should be involved in a serious relationship and God also should be involved. God created the sexual organs and He wants us to enjoy a healthy sexual relationship. If you wait for the right person and the right moment you won't regret ;)

Once you make the conscious decision to follow Jesus' teachings, & give your life to God, then you go into such things already knowing it's wrong. That makes being forgiven even harder for you to believe. If the pre-marital sex took place before your spiritual decision, then of course it's forgiven -- but you need to thereafter abstain from sin. That's what repenting means, & you have until the Rapture to accept His grace & let yourself "feel" forgiven (forgive yourself, so to speak).

I think you can still go to heaven but she probably just said that to make you think you won't so you don't have sex before marriage.

It seems your teacher does not understand the concept of forgiveness and the grace of God. For your own sake, you should do your own research. As usual, the Bible is your best resource.

Blessings,

Jack

PS. I am not condoning sex before marriage.

Don't listen to your teacher. First of all if you believe that Jesus is God's son and died for your sins and is the leader of your life and if your saved...then God forgives all sins accept for blasphemy. I had sex before marriage (well i did everything backwards and the hard way....but that is how i came to Christ) And i truely believe that God has forgiven me...i asked for forgiveness....ask and you shall recieve seek and ou shall find =)

I think it's probably true that the majority of people, both in modern America and in every country in the world during all centuries, have had sex before marriage.

In regards to premarital sex and everything else the bible says will lead to hell, about 99% of all people that have ever lived in the history of the world are in hell right now.

I do not support any sexual activity before marriage.

I do think, though, that Jesus will forgive any sin. If one is truly repentant of their sexual sin than they will go to heaven.

Jesus does tell us that we are not to have sexual activity before marriage, though.
