There are 3 sales girls available. All 3 are well dressed. You don't have any other details to go on (such as how long they have been employeed there, ect) One sales girl is in her early 20's, one is in her early 30's and the other is in her early 40's. Would it even make a difference to you? Why?

No. I would go to whoever I saw first who was open.

I would take the one in her 40's or even older. First of all they have the experience that comes with age. Second, I think an older woman would be more apt to really want you to be happy versus just making a sale to get a commission. That is opposite from going to Wal-Mart where I want the younger girls. They are quicker and less crabby after spending the day on their feet.

Based on the info you've provided, I'd have the oldest one. She's got the most experience and more than likely the best customer service.

If any one of them is educated in the respective field of jewelry, then that's my choice.

I try to pick the new girl. If there wasn't one then the one who seem like the needed the commission the most. More then likely the youngest one.
