...and said, "God, I am really sorry. Please forgive me". Would God really not forgive satan and give him another chance? If not then why does he expect us to forgive our enemies?

Satan's just the token scapegoat. Things would be ever so boring if they all didn't have something to conquer and triumph against each and every day, wouldn't it? Makes the Christians feel like they're doing good deeds without actually doing a darn thing.

Everyone deserves a second chance. Except Satan. Because he's... evil. And evil doesn't deserve a second chance. Except everyone does. Except they don't. Ohhhh my head hurts......

I'd like to think that God would wrap his/her arm around Satan and say, ok let's go grab a lemonade. I could be wrong since I know nothing about the relationship between these two. However, everyone's always talking about the bible and forgiveness. God says forgive and we forgive. Then again, the bible wasn't written by God so someone could be taking his/her words and twisting them in order to control a large number of people by way of a book that contains more violence than Saw. Good question. Thanks.

I thought Satan was just doing god's work, anyway... Can Satan do anything without god's permission? Its like me owning a club, and letting some obnoxious guy hang out in there and make life miserable for everyone else. I can kick him out any time I want, I own the place! Why let some guy continue to hang out and mess stuff up unless you want him to?

Can 'God' forgive a 'metaphor'?

or let us pretend, just for arguement's sake, that Satan is real...
God is omnipotent and he created the universe...
He is all knowing, all seeing etc...
Why would he have created (and allow to continue to exist) such a thing as Satan? Was it to make all of His little creatures (us) suffer?
Why would God allow us to go to hell just because we don't believe in Him? God must have known that some of his creatures (us) would not believe in Him, because he made us that way... so why punnish us???
Do you see the flaws in Christianity?

God is the most gracious and most merciful. Should satan ask for forgiveness He surely will forgive them. That is His promise.

Satan doesn't believe in god. That clever angel knows there's no such thing. Satan doesn't exist either, but he represents all the sensible people who know that the bible is full of lies and deceptions.

Hail Satan

Satan will never repent. We forgive everyone everything, so that we may be forgiven.

Satan is different from us and he is perfect and he didn't make a mistake due to inherited sin.

Than cannot happen. If it did, Christianity would be completely devoid of any meaning whatsoever.
