If satan repented, would God allow him back into heaven? Would that mean an end to evil or would some other demon take over hell?

No, I don't think He will. I have often wondered about why this is. I have been told by some Christians that because angels were all created individually, Jesus would have to die for each one rather than to die once like He did for humans, however, this doesn't satisfy me; I think that Jesus would do that were He so inclined. It obviously isn't too *much* for Him to handle.

My personal theory is that they don't have a chance to be forgiven because they spent time already seeing the Lord in His unveiled glory, in Heaven. People don't get to do that (some people have visions of Heaven but I still don't think they see the Father). They lived for a time (who knows how long? Millions of years?) in Heaven where there was no sin and God was there in His full glory. If someone has turned away from that, he's lost his chance.

(By the way, this is also my theory as to why the Lord *doesn't * reveal Himself that way on Earth before He returns. I believe that the 'every knee will bow, every tongue confess' thing is an involuntary reaction to seeing the glorified Lord. Once we've seen that, we no longer have free will in the same way, and the Lord doesn't want robots. He wants people who love Him freely, of their own volition).

What you apparently are unaware of is that Satan cannot, and will not, repent. His actions as an angel of God in possession of the Holy Spirit were deliberate, and as a result, his mind was corrupted.

Many individuals have intimated that devil would not desire to be forgiven. yet i'm uncertain if he has made that fact himself. I see a lot of individuals attributing that fact to him - that his ego and satisfaction prevented him from searching for forgiveness, and the he won't in any respect ask for it. yet nowhere interior the bible does it say that he would not desire to particular regret. Neither has Lucifer come out needless to say to assert that he needs to insurrection for ever. lots of the misdemeanors of devil have been ascribed to him the two by biblical prophets or theologians. of course we learn Jesus's come upon with devil in Matt 4:4 after his long fasting, the place devil attempts to usurp the powers of God by tricks and manipulation. however the question is, if devil certainly grow to be contesting the inheritance of God with Jesus, then he might have tried to forceful attitude, fairly of riddles and diffused persuasion. individually, i've got self assurance that the story of the autumn is fairly complicated whilst seen in a rational context. subsequently it's going to be interpreted on the foundation of religion, and not good judgment. case in point, if we are to take the introduction tale actually, then Lucifer may well be a son of God. possibly Jesus took an lively area in turning out to be Lucifer (John a million:3). The bible teaches approximately "turning the different cheek" (Matt 5:39) and forgiving the different guy or woman "seventy cases seven" (Matt 18:22). subsequently if God is "nicely thrilled" (Matt 3:17) with in user-friendly terms Jesus Christ, and can't even reconcile along with his different son Lucifer, then we've a concern right here. after all, the Prodical Son grow to be forgiven after dropping a million/2 of his father's sources (Luke 15:11-31). God can do a similar if he chooses to. My factor is that that is that God is ever merciful, and He can discover the money for to forgive devil if He chooses to achieve this. throughout back, we are made to appreciate that "His methods are larger than ours", and that "His methods are no longer our methods". for that reason, shall we supply him the income of doubt that He is commonly used with of what he's doing. i desire this enables. stable good fortune!

Salvation is for mankind. The fallen angels know what awaits them in the end, that is why they are trying to deceive as many people as possible in there latter days.

How come no one else follows Satan then? How come only he rebelled? Seems like he had a reason, so, wouldn't that cause others?
