BTW~ Vitals are fine. But the shakininess wont go away. This gets me worried and then the other symptoms come back to back after that.

I feel your pain…Really. About three years ago I started having panic attacks. I would have shortness of breath, dizziness, sick to my stomach, felt detached from my body…really depressed. I didn’t know at the time what they were nor had I even ever heard of them. I went to see a specialist and he informed me that I was having panic attacks. He said that he could prescribe some medication that would probably help me control them. I have always tried to stay away from taking medications if possible and I decided to do some research on my own. Well, long story short, I got in touch with a gentleman by the name of Peter Nagy who offered me a number of tools and methods that I use to this day to control my panic attacks…During the past 2 ½ years I have been able to control my panic attacks without the use of medication. Peters link is below and I do hope he can help you in the same way he has helped me. Good Luck and take care

Since you have had panic attacks as long as you have and never had these symptoms then most likely not. As a matter of fact it these are the same symptoms I have when I have had a depressing, stressful, mood switching day the day before. I have bipolar and when I have these strainful days the following morning I will have upset stomach, constant shaking, pains in my arms and legs, and extreme headaches. The only way to control help yourself through this is drink alot of water and do as little as you can (RELAX), meditate/concentrate on just you!

This is what they mean by depression hurts!!!!

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.

Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life

Maybe you need a lower dosage, there can be wide variations in blood levels with these drugs depending on biochemical ability of the individual to eliminate the drug.

Tachycardia (heart races) is a frequent side effect, but sometimes it is a symptom of Serotonin Syndrome, a potentially fatal condition.

You should bring up these facts to your doctor. See the following link at the FDA:

It sounds like it.. When ever I have a anxiety attack my hands start to tremble , feels like I can't breath, and my heart races just as you described but something usually triggers it. You should check with your doctor and make sure it isn't a side effect from the pills you are taking or something more serious.
