My boyfriend is in jail out of state(in PA)I was wondering if i could wire the money for the bail bomdsmen or would i have to travel to PA to do it

ok i have called places in PA and since i dont have property they wont do it, do you think i could find someone in NY do it or do i have to fine a bondsmen in the state he is jailed?

When you give a bail bondsman money you yourself are not bonding out anyone. The bail bondsman is doing the bonding, you are paying them to do it.
If you were actually posting the bond you could not normally do it by wire transfer, you would have to do it in person, usually in cash or travelers checks.
If the bail bondsman will accept the wired money, and I cannot think they would not, then they put up the bond in person for your loved one.

I imagine you could wire him the money. Why don't you call him to have peace of mind about this issue?

Do you know any company that would refuse you wiring them money? Im sure this happens all the time...
