Sushi hands down.

I have a theory, the better the ingredient, the less spice or cooking is needed. You want the taste of the food to come through, not be covered up.

Thus, Sushi is king for me. If it's not good you can tell right away, it's healthy, it's tasty and it makes you look sophisticated when you eat it. Bonus all around :)

Thai food is my favorite. I love Satay and spring rolls. I love curry veggies and chicken...kinda spicy too.

I have never tried Korean food before - mostly because I usually only try new things like that if someone goes with me who knows what to order.

i've got actual have been given no fashionable Asian meals. they're all staggering for his or her very own motives. chinese language nutrients is fairly narrow interior the U. S., yet in China, there are maximum of categories of nutrients counting on region. case in point, northern provinces grows wheat, so as that they concentration extra on wheat based diets with dumplings and noodles, while southern provinces have extra rice based dishes. each and each province has their very own distinctiveness dish, (Szechuan fairly spiced meals, severe style of Cantonese food, easy tastes and purity of components of Shandong food, etc.) the U. S. version of chinese language nutrients is severely neutered and is a foul benchmark for ethnic food. To be trouble-free, maximum Asian meals locate their origins in China. The areas that they are from effect the flavors of their nutrients. Thai nutrients favors severe flavors of fairly spiced, bitter, and salty. Vietnamese food is heavily stimulated by elementary meals pro with clean, amazing flavors and herbs, alongside with some French effect. eastern food is centred on the purity of nutrients, the clean style of the element and complimentary flavors. you will infrequently come across a eastern dish that tries to hammer you with each and every style possible. fairly, their dishes attempt to emphasise the significant element so which you will savor the fantastic tastes. Southeast Asian food is heavily stimulated by the spice commerce of their section, melding this style of innovations, meals, cuisines, and cultures that had stimulated the way that those cultures greater. every person that has eaten in Singapore can attest that the meals, however distinctive, greater interior a similar place. that's fairly incredible to behold the variety of food that Southeast asia has.
