Yes I really believe this works for me as soon as you feel it coming on no matter how slight fill up on lemon juice and eat lots of garlic and if you feel its getting a bit worst take two Head ache tablets and repeat the juice and garlic every day over load with it.It will be gone before it can take hold.

Airborne doesn't work for me either. All I do is Dayquil during the day and NyQuil at night. Continuous until I feel better.

Other then that may I suggest a plastic bubble??? lmao

Sleep and lots of liquids. I also take this stuff called Occillium when I am feeling like it is coming on. Along with taking care of myself with lots of rest, I always beat out the cold. A little extra vitamin C with Zinc doesn't hurt either.

You can lessen the symptoms with Airborne and others like it as well as those zinc tabs or lozenges, but I don't think you can completely stop it.

No. The trick is to make your self as comfortable as possible. Most colds last about a week, if you don't infect someone close by, who in turn reinfects you.

Take vitamin C and or drink a lot of Orange juice. Wash hands frequently and wash all your linens in warm water and dry them in the dryer.

There is no known "cure" for the common cold. There are
medicines to "suppress" the cough. And drink plenty of liquids, to keep your body temperature up. and see your
doctor to be sure you don't have streep throat. <}:-})
