I believe in God with all my heart and pray multiple times a day for help/ thanks and forgiveness. The thing is the bible says to be baptised under water "renewal" so on and so on.... But it also says that if you repent and believe in me you will have eternal life. Will I still be accepted if I am not baptised?

The idea is that the kind of faith that saves is an application-oriented faith. To believe in Jesus as Lord is to intend to do what he said. And what did he say, "go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you." Thus when asked "Brothers, what shall we do?" Peter replied, "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." Acts 2:38

Even for myself, an ex-Catholic who had been baptized as an infant, when I came to faith in Christ I got believer's baptism.

So, like the Ethiopian said, "Look, here is water. Why shouldn’t I be baptized?" Acts 8:36

Baptisim is a commandment from Jesus. The Apostles were commanded to go out and baptize all people

THE SACRAMENT OF BAPTISM
1213 Holy Baptism is the basis of the whole Christian life, the gateway to life in the Spirit (vitae spiritualis ianua),[4] and the door which gives access to the other sacraments. Through Baptism we are freed from sin and reborn as sons of God; we become members of Christ, are incorporated into the Church and made sharers in her mission: "Baptism is the sacrament of regeneration through water in the word."[5]

I. WHAT IS THIS SACRAMENT CALLED?
1214 This sacrament is called Baptism, after the central rite by which it is carried out: to baptize (Greek baptizein) means to "plunge" or "immerse"; the "plunge" into the water symbolizes the catechumen's burial into Christ's death, from which he rises up by resurrection with him, as "a new creature."[6]

1215 This sacrament is also called "the washing of regeneration and renewal by the Holy Spirit," for it signifies and actually brings about the birth of water and the Spirit without which no one "can enter the kingdom of God."[7]

1216 "This bath is called enlightenment, because those who receive this [catechetical] instruction are enlightened in their understanding
. . . ."[8] Having received in Baptism the Word, "the true light that enlightens every man," the person baptized has been "enlightened," he becomes a "son of light," indeed, he becomes "light" himself:[9]
Baptism is God's most beautiful and magnificent gift....We call it gift, grace, anointing, enlightenment, garment of immortality, bath of rebirth, seal, and most precious gift. It is called gift because it is conferred on those who bring nothing of their own; grace since it is given even to the guilty; Baptism because sin is buried in the water; anointing for it is priestly and royal as are those who are anointed; enlightenment because it radiates light; clothing since it veils our shame; bath because it washes; and seal as it is our guard and the sign of God's Lordship.

The faithful are born anew by Baptism, strengthened by the sacrament of Confirmation, and receive in the Eucharist the food of eternal life.

I believe you will be accepted, but there is nothing wrong with getting baptized, especially since it is the example that our Lord Jesus Christ set.

Getting baptized is not needed to get to heaven. But it is a good way to show the world that you belong to Jesus. Either way God loves you.

There is actually no place inthe Bible where a Christian is ever commanded to be baptized. Believers baptism was only presented as "if you believe with all your heart, you may.

To whom is the scripture written that states all one has to do is to believe? For even Satan believes.

The bigger question is why wouldn't you want to be baptized?

since you believe in me, don't worry about all those crabs...

None will get into heaven without my permission...

(btw, did you pray calling my name or these creatures?)
