If your wisdom teeth are coming in, you need to see a dentist. This will often push your teeth together, and cause serious pain.
Check with your local government agencies and ask the dentist about low income possibilities. Maybe you can get it paid for, or at least some help.

You need to get your teeth cleaned. Plaque build up at the gumline can cause sore, swollen gums and loose teeth.
Many dentists offer free cleanings to new patients, or they charge a small amout - $50, for example. Call around or check the Yellow Pages to find a place.
