Medicinal herbs (including marijuana) are not specifically listed as contraindication in donating blood.

The active ingredients of most of the medicinal herbs do not achieve a considerable level in your blood so it won't really be a source of concern.

However, there are also other criteria to determine if you are a qualified blood donor. Supposing you had donated blood, your blood will be screened for suitability. If found healthy and safe, it will be used; if not, it will be discarded.

Anyway, feel free to express all your concern prior to donating blood, the doctor will determine if you can be a donor.

No. Any drug use would disqualify you--including many legal drugs prescribed by doctors. This is because the blood is often given to people whose systems are unstable and thus very sensitive; anything in your system could conceivably cause trouble for the recipent of the donation.

However, stopping for a while would get any of these substances out of your system. If they can't be detected on a drug test, then they won't be a problem in your blood.

Beware that if you have ever used injected drugs, you will probably be disqualified from donating permanently, because of the risk of transmitting an infectious disease to someone whose immune system is weak.
