Cats get used to a routine. Once they sleep in your
parents room its like their place to sleep at night.
If possible close your parents door which will
cause the cats to establish a routine sleeping
in your room.

My cat would sometimes sleep in my room if she wanted to but if she did not want too she would scratch at the door and carpet until I let her out and as I had to be up for work at 04:30 in the morning she generally got her own way as I like my sleep funnily enough when I came home from work and fancied a kip on my bed after work she would jump onto my bed and take most of it over and quite happily sleep and it has to be said she purred like a little kitten but when she had enough she was gone but I also believe a cat will always do what he/she wants because in all reality we are just around when they need us !!!!!!

Like the others have said, the best option here is to have your parents close the door to their room. She will naturally find her way and most likely settle into a routine sleeping with you.

Do not lock her in your room though unless you plan to keep her littler box and water/ food dish in there with you. Or you will be woken up by her scratching at the door trying to get to her litter box or water dish. Cats are nocturnal, don't forget this! Even if she is in your room with you, she will be up running around most of the night wanting to play.

Both my cats go to sleep when my husband and I do, but I always hear them playing and running through the house for most of the night. My little one likes to play fetch and I usually wake up to a pile of krinkle balls that she has dropped on my chest wanting me to throw them for her.

So, the bottom line is, close the door to your parents room and then let the cat decide where she wants to sleep.

That's difficult, since cats don't always want to just stay put all night. If she won't cry and scratch at the door, the easiest thing would be for your parents to close their door at night, so she can't sleep in their room. Or you could just bring her in your room and shut the door.

Our cats change their sleeping places three times a night, so it's pretty standard for one to move around the house during the evening.

Try laying a folded towel on one end of your bed. A lot of cats can't resist laying on something unusual.

Cats sleep day and at night they stay awake
so you have to play with you cat 20 minutes or more
so she can get tired and sleep at night!!!

Are you the one who feeds her? If not, she is going to the person who she feels is her protector. Do you clean her litter? If not she is going to who is keeping her litter clean.

If you are the one feeding and cleaning up after her, then I can't explain it.
If you want the cat to sleep with you, start taking over the duties I've mentioned. This will help.

You keep the door to your room closed. Giving her exra food and treats might make her want to stay.

Everytime she is sleepy put her in your room and when she is in your parents room take her to your room. Eventually she will learn.
