By reading it, meditating on it, speaking it to yourself, every day.
Man does not live by bread alone...but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.

We feed our spirit on the Holy Words of God by :
1. Reading and searching John 5:39
2. Studying, sharing and witnessing for Christ, to others, 2Timothy 2:15
3. Learned how to apply into your life(keeping and writing in your hearts) John 15:7
4. By practicing, putting into action (have faith), Matthew 17:20, Mark 8:36.
5. To live by it (believing and trusting God), John 15:24, John 14:6; John 6:48; John 6:35
6. Meditating and diligently listening to God, Matthew 4:4, Luke 4:4
7. Persevere, Matthew 6:33; Matthew 7:7
These are some ways on how to feed your spirit from the Holy Words of God.
But i suggest you must humble and surrender first to God and Lord Jesus (John 3:3; John 3:7), asking Him forgiveness of your sins and iniquities, inviting Him to live and dwell within your hearts and telling Him, to change your hearts and fill you with the right spirit. Asking Him to be your Lord and Savior in your life, Him alone no other else. Amen.

The more you read, study, and get to know it, the more you grow spiritually. It's one of those things you have to experience to really know. It is really awesome though.

If you hunger and thirst after righteousness there is only one source of nourishment. If you hunger after something else you would not understand.
