um.. I really need help with my weight.. I'm 14, 5'2 height and my weight is 140.. my stomach isnt huge, and my arms are good since I do weights, and my legs are pretty good too since I bike a lot and run.. problem is.. my thighs.. its like all the fat is stored there.. so I exercise 30 mins everyday, like pushups, situps, boxing and stretching.. but still its like my thighs dont decrease in size, I'm even on a diet where I BARELY eat sweets and other unhealthy stuff.. help pls? any tips, other exercises or ideas..

btw.. planning to get my navel pierced even if I'm a guy, no I'm not gay or anything but I do need a flatter stomach..

well i must applaud you because from wut i just read you're a pretty healthy person. a good thing to do is keep doing your strength training because the more muscle you build the faster and easier it is to lose fat. really good intense workouts that last only a few minutes with your regular workout. plus you at the intermediate stage for growing so don't stress if you have a few problem areas. i hope this is of some help, and keep doing wut you're doing.

You're doing all the right stuff-- eating well and exercising are the best ways for a healthy looking and feeling body. Because you're at a time in your life you may be storing up for a big growth spurt so you want to make sure you're getting enough of the right foods. Make sure you're getting plenty of protein and calcium, and although carbs are a bad word in the media they're essential to your body. So get lean proteins and whole grains, lots and lots of fruits and vegetables, and you'll feel and look great.

Look at your parents, most of what contributes to body configuration is genetics. 140 isn't a bad weight for your height, depending on how much of it is muscle. If you do all that work on your legs, I would suggest most of it is muscle and not fat, if you are going to bike a lot it will tend to give you larger thigh muscles.
