I believe He was in Heaven (spiritual dimension) with the hosts and created all (physical dimension) via the "Big Bang." Everything in the universe consists of elements from the periodic table.

Not an easy question to answer. However, I can believe that HE can create things from nothing. If you ANY limitations on what GOD can do, then HE is NOT a GOD that I want to believe. The Greek gods are a prime example. There were 12 major gods and several minor gods. They all had control over something, but, none had control over everything.
GOD bless

Yes, I do. The language of Gen 1:1 seems to support it. It is a type of creating we are not used to, as all we can do to create is rearrange the already existing particles.

The Bible is very clear on what He used to create the universe, He spoke it into existance, so he used his voice.

Scripture tells us.
By faith we understand that the WORLDS were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were NOT MADE OF THINGS WHICH ARE VISIBLE. Heb. 11:3

The word used in Genesis 1 is "created out of nothing". From there, He created using "something" such as man from the clay of the earth.

I think the scientists are now saying that the material we see is not so real after all. It may sound strange, but on the finest scale, what we see as solid is no different that what exists in empty space.

He spoke all things into being.
There was nothing else in existence but Himself.
His "material" was nothing more...and certainly, nothing LESS...than His Own Will...

naturally, God probably wouldn't be subject to the laws of physics (assuming he exists). therefore, he could very much create something "out of nothing"
