It's very red and bumps are starting to form, what can i buy for him to get better quick and to prevent it from happening, p.s. he is not fat, it is just from walking so much and wearing rough material.

This is going to sound crazy but CORNSTARCH. Just put it on after he puts on his pants. Then when ever it starts to wear off put more on. You can buy it just about anywhere.

Sounds like heat rash, from chafing.

There's a couple of anti-chafing products out there. I'd give one of those a try.

When he's not in uniform he should be trying to "air out" those parts that are irritated...wear loose undergarments and shorts.

Try baby powder with aloe it should help with the chafing

Desitin will help it heal quickly. And try using plenty of fabric softener when you launder his pants.

have him wear long johns or something under the uniform
