You don't need to lose any weight. You sound very healthy. If you want to tone up, try pilates about two or three times a week and stay active playing sports.

Im 16 years old and im like 5'7'' and im 140.

Your prolly perfect so don't sweat it! But I know how you feel.. I'm trying to lose more weight too. I would just try to do at least some type of aerobic exercise 3-5 times a week and some type of muscle toning 3 times a week. Eat healthier foods and smaller portions and drink lots of water and green tea if you like it!

Thats what im doing and I've lost 30lbs.

Good luck!

Just be healthy Ms. Hannah! No dieting needed, as your weight is fine. Eat healthy: plenty of fruits, veggies, whole grains, and a little meat, low fat dairy, and healthy fats. And get a little exercise every day. Walk 30 minutes a day, or bike, run, swim, play basketball, etc. Think healthy!

I hope you're kidding. Someone who is your height and weighs that little should not lose any more weight, even if you have the smallest frame size.

Do not lose any more weight. If it looks "chunky" on your body do more physical muscle toning. Do not try to lose weight just fat.
