Is it normal to feel dizzy or lightheaded at all when excersizing and I passout about once a semester for IDK what reason???

Sometimes. before you exercise eat a piece of fruit and replace all the water you have lost after exercising

Now what do you think ... of course it is not normal. There is a reason this is happening to you so go to your doctor and give all the details. It is good to keep a daily journal of your health, including your menstrual cycle, when you are not feeling well.

sounds like you're dehydrated. drink a lot of water when you're working out

not really. You may be anemic. low blood iron. a simple finger stick is the test.
