The complexity of our planet points to a deliberate Designer who not only created our universe, but sustains it today. The human brain's complexity shows a higher intelligence behind it. There is an intelligence to it, the ability to reason, to produce feelings, to dream and plan, to take action, and relate to other people. How does one explain the human brain? "Chance" or "natural causes" are insufficient explanations.
The bottom line, to state with certainty that there is no God, a person has to ignore the passion of an enormously vast number of people who are convinced that there is a God. And the evidence is overwhelming that He does exist!

there isnt any
1)the whole "who else couldve made the universe" thing doesnt count because well, it couldve been someone else
2)the bible isnt any evidence either as it could have been edited(if it hasnt already) and thats assuming it was the word of god to begin with
3)and above all, if there was, there wouldnt be any need for faith cause then you'd know and not believe
although some people still claim to "know" that god exists

well.... you might thing this is quite stupid of me to say, but lets think about something quite simple in your body like your valves in your veins... why do we have valves in our veins, simply to keep the blood flowing in the right direction right? and if we didnt have valves in our veins then blood wouldnt be able to reach our heart (due to gravity) becuase veins carry blood to the heart... ok lol it is such a small detail but don't u think that this needs a creator to create it? Have u ever thought of how a feotus is formed? Don't u ever think that for all these amazing things to happen a creator must have created it? How do we think? how do we see? how do we hear? how do we feel? Im sorry if im not making sence :P....So u believe that science created itself?...
i believe that everyone; those who believe and those who don't believe in God should try to become more open minded... those who don't should try reading the Bible or the Koran... because most people dn't even know whats in these holy books... ppl try to be more open minded... and try to get a more detailed picture of the opposing point of veiw.

Here, I'll give you a classical proof.
According to Newton's Law, an object at rest must remain at rest and an object in motion must remain in motion. According to the "Big Bang" (not the sexual one, but the scientific one) two atoms were sitting around at rest. Then they started moving, and hit each other and Bang, we got a universe. (short version)
God, if nothing else, broke Newton's Law so that the universe could be created.
Now, do I belive this? Either way it's a classical "Proof," thanks to the great African saint Augustine. (written before Newton's law in fact, using pre-scientific terminology)

In the presence of evidence there is no need for faith unless I am terribly mistaken:
Hbr 11:6 But without faith [it is] impossible to please [him]: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and [that] he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
You just don't get it do you? God uses the world to separate the FAITHFUL SHEEP from the FAITHLESS GOATS.
Are YOU a sheep or a goat?
Mat 25:33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
Mat 25:34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
Mat 25:41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

As an agnostic, I have yet to find true proof that God exists, but I know the number one answer that Christians will give you.
The proof that God exists lies in the fact that we exist.
They will likely lay out the idea that there is no painting without a painter or no egg without a chicken to further prove their point.

you cannot prove either side. many people simply base their beliefs off there parents beliefs. however, other theists feel as though they actually have felt the presence of God -- hence the origin of their beliefs. because this is a subjective judgment, not to mention a spiritual one, one couldn't use this argument to prove God's existence.

like the holocaust it is history it was written in parts by the people who were there and than brought together through one book the bible. it should still be taught in school as part of history.so read the book and you will see how god does exist.its all about the choices we want to make.

God physically exists, He is just physically different. God consists of Energy - the Light from which all matter is made. God IS E=mc2 - the conversion of Light into mass/matter. For all matter consists of energy, and is created from light.
The nature of God's existence is metaphasical, similar to the omnidirectional energy that causes gravity - which phases or passes through all matter, and directly affects matter, causing matter to move towards the source of the energy - which cannot be seen with the naked eye.
The life "energy" that animates all organic "living" entities is created from God's physical existence. It is undetectable by any physical instrument, and yet we know that it exists because it is absent in death.
This life energy is invisible, and yet it is visible through its physical expression that is seen with the naked eye - this is the nature of God's existence - for God cannot be seen with the naked eye, but God can be "perceived" with the minds eye.
To "see" God with the perception requires you to look at things differently to see things clearly. For the evidence of God's existence is all around us because that evidence is Existence itself.
What you call science, is nothing but the study of the expression of God's thinking.
Athiests don't believe that God exists but instead believe that the universe was created from a singularity - a primeval atom the size of a dime that fits in your hand.
If God does not exist, and nothing existed before the Big Bang, what caused it?
Nothing, because the Big Bang never happened, God does exist and God created the universe.
As for creation...
According to the Big Bang theory, scientists assume that the universe began as a singularity the size of a dime that fits in your hand.
How is it possible to fit the ENTIRE universe in a dime?
The Big Bang theory suggests that the origin of the universe began as a singularity - a primeval atom. If the universe actually did begin as a primeval atom, where did it come from? And if the primeval atom did exist as a singularity, how is the Big Bang mathematically possible if 1+0=1?
Which means that if the primeval atom exists as a singularity and there is nothing else to add to it, then shouldn't the universe still exist as a primeval atom according to this mathematical principle?
And if such a primeval atom exploded the universe into existence, how could it consist in the first place if it existed as a singular instability? - which means that the singularity was unstable and blew up (if this is the case, how long was it stable and what caused the instability if it existed as a singularity and there was nothing else there to unbalance it)?
To learn to look at things differently is to see things clearly.
The universe is a non-linear construct from The Infinite. The universe has a beginning but it has no end...
More explicitly...
God caused all existence to altogether consist simultaneously at once...thus, the universe is a non-linear construct from The Infinite.
How is this possible? Simple... E=mc2 (The conversion of light energy into matter).
ALL MATTER CONSISTS OF ENERGY.
Where does this energy come from? A primeval atom the size of a dime? Do you REALLY think that is physically possible?
If E=mc2 is the conversion of light energy into matter, and all matter consists of energy...then all matter originally consisted as light.
Where did this energy come from? Light.
If energy came from light...and GOD IS LIGHT...all energy came from God!
If God is Light...and Light is energy...
What does God consist of?
E...N...E...R...G...Y...
E=mc2
If God says, "I am the beginning" God is saying, "I am the raw material from which all existence consists." Thus, God Himself is the Light from which all matter is formed...
God is E=mc2
Genesis 1.1
In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
"In the beginning" means "From Eternity"
If Eternity has no beginning nor end, and God has no beginning nor end, God is Eternity.
Genesis 1.1
In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
When was the heaven created? In the beginning.
When was the earth created? In the beginning.
So if BOTH the heaven AND the earth were created in the beginning, the heaven and the earth were BOTH created simultaneously!
THUS, THE UNIVERSE AND THE EARTH ARE THE SAME AGE!
So the earth IS over 65,000,000, years old!
Genesis 1.1
In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
If "In the beginning" means "from Eternity", and God IS Eternity, AND GOD IS THE BEGINNING, "In the beginning" means "In God". So Genesis 1.1 actually says, "In God, God created the heaven and the earth".
Why didn't Genesis 1.1 say "At the beginning God created the heaven and the earth" as if related to time like "At 1:00"? Because "In the beginning" is "from Eternity" where there is no time. AND "In the beginning" is BOTH a moment AND a location.
How? God is Omnipresent. NOTHING can exist OUTSIDE OF GOD, thus everything exists WITHIN God. SO, "IN the beginning" is actually "WITHIN the beginning"; which is actually "WITHIN God, The Beginning".
Thus,
Genesis 1.1
In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
or
Within, God The Beginning, God created the heaven and the earth.
God is Spirit. Angels are "spirit" beings. God created angels from Himself.
The same way God formed angels from Himself, so formed He existence...
With one thought.
God has no beginning. He has no "first thought" as if He had a beginning. God's infinite knowledge itself is one thought.
Omniscience is infinite knowledge as one thought.
Omnificence is unlimited creative power.
Omnipotence is infinite power.
Omnipresence is infinity itself.
Put them together, what do you get?
Unlimited creative power applied to infinite knowledge that is expressed everywhere at once with a single act of infinite power!
Or
God creating existence from Himself with one thought!
Existence is that thought.
E=mc2
Genesis 1.1
In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
or
Within, God The Beginning, God created the heaven and the earth.
or
Within, God The Beginning, God formed from Himself, Existence, with one thought - causing all existence to altogether consist simultaneously at once.
Thus, the universe is a non-linear construct from The Infinite - God Himself. The universe has a beginning but it has no end.
Which is why the background of the stars is black.
To learn to look at things differently is to see things clearly.
Existence itself is created from God's physical existence. Yes God does physically exist, He is just physically different.
How do I know all this, simple...
I asked God this question...
What are you made of?
His answer...
Energy.
And that was the beginning of my instruction directly from the Creator...
