Maybe if you get a thermal blanket for your desktop,
it wouldn't "freeze" so often! ;)
Seriously, though, I'm not clear what you mean by the host not wanting you to play. If you're on your own computer, and are allowed unlimited time on it (i.e., assuming you're not a kid and the computer has parental controls!), then you shouldn't have any problems when the "host" disconnects you, unless the problem is that your computer isn't able to handle such "interrupts" (a basic computer term which would take too long to explain).
If your computer has parental controls, then don't try to work around it. You'll only P-O your folks!
If that isn't the case, then you may need to be a little patient, as some online games devour a LOT of your computer resources, so, when it's unexpectedly "disconnected", it may take a while for your computer to restore itself (i.e., "release" those resources). I don't know how old your computer is, or what operating system is, etc, etc, etc, but it could take anywhere from seconds to minutes.

My solution can help you to speed up PC, to make the system run faster and more stable.
1.You should often clean up temporary files folder.
This is because that several different applications will produce some temporary files by using the Windows. The system will save some temporary files in System disk after you visit the web page.If you don’t clean up temporary files folder in time, the disk space will be occupied by these temporary files and the speed will be dropped. What is more important is that a lot of virus and malicious procedures producing in the temporary files cause your systems to stop working.
2. To clean the valueless data in the registry
You can open the registry by entering "regedit" in Run menu from Start Menu of windows. You can make our system and your software more human by editing the registry. However, there are some great disadvantages in the registry. Security of WIN.INI and SYSTEM.INI that are the configuration procedures of the registry is not high and restricted by the size. That is, once your computer installed a lot of software, the registry was full, causing the speed of the system to slow. If you are a fan of net work, when you browse the network, hackers will change your registry and ultimately can control your computer or steal your important documents by making use of the character that the registry has low security.
3.There is another method. You only need to download system cleaner software to resolve the problems about your PC. It cleans all things that you want, increases your PC speed, saves more disk space, and helps you to the trouble about hardware upgrade. You can click the website http://computer-optimize.com/
to find the satisfied software
I wish my solution could help you.

skaizun what he means is the Host of the Table in the Game he's at Boots him from the Table. as for the answer, your system may not be able to handle all of the resources that require the games and such to run, or if it does, then it may be having a software conflict or similar issue. my laptop does the same thing.

Maybe there is too much programs you installed, try to uninstall some or quit other applications when you play games.
Or, you can add more memory to your PC so it runs better.
The best way is to back up needed files and reinstall your windows. Reinstall windows once in a while is necessary to keep compute run smooth.
