Carpenter...handy man...home improvement...look in the yellow pages or go to your local paint store/hardware...usually will find business cards of local area people who do such things if you are having trouble finding someone

I am a painting contractor and I and all the other painting contractors I know do drywall repair and hang wallpaper.

call a handyman. they do all kinds of repairs. if you want someone who specializes, though it isn't necessary, contact a drywall/plasterer
