Drinking liquid oxygen would cause all of your bodily tissues to freeze and stop functioning
The boiling point of oxygen, when the gas would become a liquid for you to drink, is -297 degrees F. If that touched any body tissue, it would die from the sheer cold.
So, no, it would NOT be the same as breathing on dry land.
