I don't know what other stuff to put in it to make it taste good. So far I've put bacon, brown sugar, and honey. What else should I put in there that goes with the ingredients I've already put in that will compliment it.

Well, you have plenty of sweet, so I would put in some Worchestershire sauce and a little bit of apple cider vinegar to balance it. Maybe a bit of yellow mustard if you don't have the cider vinegar. No white vinegar, that stuff is best used for cleaning windows... Add some chopped onion, some garlic salt, black pepper...

I make Boston Baked beans which are made with:
small white beans
salt pork
bacon
onions
molasses
brown mustard
salt and pepper
cider vinegar
The beans are cooked for 5 hours in the oven. I would give you the recipe if you want it.

What you have is pretty good, but add some finely chopped onions and some ketchup and you'll have a winner!

Try some yellow or dijon mustard, and even chopped jalapenos! You can also saute ground beef and add to it as well as chopped yellow onion.

Cloves, ginger, and allspice are good in baked beans. I prefer spicy beans, so my spices are cayenne, chili, cumin, and oregano.
