Yes you can. If you can pass the basics they will let you in, and depending on your first language they may send you to school for English and then have you be a translator for your native tongue.

First your a girl, you'll never be drafted despite what the media and the anti war blogs (which are pretty much the same thing) are saying. Two There will never be a draft the military doesn't want it, and politically it's a non starter. The only two nations that I know of that have a draft is Israel, and Russia and Russia is pondering getting rid of theirs, and Israel is starting to have a draft dodging problem. I'm sure there are others I just can't think of them right now. If your looking for something to worry about sweat the economy that's going to affect you more than a draft.

A draft has not been started, so this question is not really that important. However, I believe that as long as you are an able bodied male between the ages of 18 and 30, you can be drafted.

IF there was a draft yes you could be but since there is no draft and very little likelyhood of being one anytime soon you don't have to worry about it. Being female you don't have to worry either way at this time also but that might change IF a draft is ever restarted.

Yes, but you'll want to improve on your English...it's a matter of life and death.

If you can't shoot straight, or if you are a conscientious objector, they won't want you...yet.

Oops, didn't notice the sex...there is no draft, and they've never drafted women. You can enlist though ;)

Yes, you can enlist. Many people in the military do not speak good English. If it is bad they will send you to a school to help you speak it better.
To me your written English is not to bad. Punctuation and spelling are great.

No, if you speak Spanish, they can send you to Lackland AFB for language school, so that they can make sure that you can learn to speak, read and understand English before you go through Basic.
