You may be over the pet limit with 8 for your city, you need to check your city ordinance on that. A kennel license may be needed.

You do realise that with 8 dogs you'll have 8 times the expense with the vets. Instead of a basic checkup for one at $35 you'd be paying $280 just for basic physical exams, not even shots added in. If there's an emergency, would you have enough to cover that as well as your regular expenses?

I have half an acer and still only have 2 corgies O.o....

You need a lot of room, the breeder i got my girl from had 5 corgies, she said you really need to keep an eye because if one is a trouble maker the rest will follow lol.

Ummmmm, why are you getting so many to start with? Second, either sex spayed and neutered is good. Are you going to be able to afford all the care involved in having that many? Well, no matter what good luck and best wishes. (Hope you are getting them for the right reasons! )

Multiple b*tches can be an issue... multiple unaltered dogs and or b*tches is an issue.

Accumulate them SLOWLY from high quality breeders.. otherwise you'll spend a fortune in vet bills when you suddenly have 8 old or sickly dogs.

Personally, I've found 3 to be MY limit on dogs.. we have 4 right now and I keep reminding my partner the 4th one is HIS responsibility.

8? I haver ONE PWC and while I love him to pieces, he is a HANDFUL!!! One is MORE than effecient. They make great pets, but do require a considerable amount of exercise and training. I would NEVER get 8 dogs all at once! You cannot give them the time and attention they need.

I hope you are a troll.

Having one dog is a huge responsibility. You must do tons of research before having eight.

I encourage you to read up on the breed, get one dog, and see how it goes. You can always get more later, but you can't get rid of them later if you decide they're more work than you thought. Well...you can get rid of them later...but that would make you a jerk.

Please just get one dog and see how it goes.
