Fruit Pizza-any particularly good recipes?

Easy and simple! I love this in Strawberry Season, but have also done it w/:

Strawberries & Kiwi
Raspberries & Blackberries
Bananas & Strawberries
Kiwi, Pineapple, and Coconut
Mango, Pineapple, and Coconut
or whatever fruit I had on-hand!


Strawberry Pizza

1 pkg. sugar cookie dough in tube
1 8oz. cream cheese, softened
1 8oz. sour cream
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup confectioners sugar

Spread cookie dough on pizza pan and bake until golden brown; let cool completely. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, strawberries and confectioners sugar with a mixer until well blended. Spread on the cooled cookie dough. Put a few sliced or whole strawberries on top, if desired. Chill for a couple of hours before serving.

Buy premade sugar cookie dough.
Roll it out flat into a circle using a rolling pin then place on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees 15 to 20 minutes until done.
Meanwhile mix 8 oz. cream cheese with 3 tablespoons of honey.
When cookie is done, let it cool.
Top with cream cheese mixture when completely cooled.
Top with sliced strawberries, kiwi fruit, and pinepple. Top with shredded coconut.
It's delicious!

Or Sprinkle Cinnamon on the cookie dough just before baking. Cool, then spread the cream cheese mixture then top with Sliced Apples and Caramel Sauce. My Favorite!

maybe cream and creamcheese as your base..with fresh strawberries,peaches and put some brown sugar on top and bake!
