Some places Yes Some places NO. The only ones that can answer correctly is the pizza places in a specific town or city.

The store has the right to limit the delivery area.Some stores have had to cut certain areas for drivers safety.This should allways be done for there drivers safety.Some parts of town its not safe to walk the street at night.They can go get there own pizza.

Part of it is safety but in most cases they don't want their drivers to have to go too far to deliver. It would take so much time out of their drivers' schedules that it would not be worth it for the company's bottom line.

I know a guy who delivered for a major chain. There were some deliveries that he didn't want to make,rude people,no tip.etc. It can be dangerous in bad neighborhoods.

It depends on the owner of the pizzeria - but most owners will not have theirdrivers deliver to areas where they will not get paid - or worse robbed or killed (no profit for them)
