I was just curious if anybody has ever heard of/used the drug called Kuvan. It is in the proccess of being approved by FDA and I may potentially be in a study for this drug.

It's a drug for people who have the metabolic genetic disorder known as Phenylketonuria (or PKU). And if you have used this how did this work out for you (what were pros, cons, side effects etc)?

Thanks!!!

The results of Phase III trials of the drug Kuvan was published in Lancet last month. The results released so far was very promising. And the FDA is expected to take action on the application of this drug by November 25, 2007.

You may view the report in Lancet.com. You need to register (free) to view the abstract of the report.
