i work in a small office with a father & son. they son has his real estate license and i do not. the thing that bugs me is that every few months the son will get a significant raise. in the last 3 years he has gotten $12 in raises, and I have gotten $3. am i making a big deal about this? should i be offended and say something? i do understand its his dad, but he rarely works as much as i do. and i know he has his realtors license, but is this fair?

More licenses , more ability to do the work that generates revenue .

Not sure where you are from ,
But next to No One pays the same wages for people who do NOT have the same education or training .

If you want better bucks , get yourself educated and get the licenses & certificates .
