I've done a bit of research, and we ended up purchasing Anolon's Ovation--which is nonstick anodized. I understand a bit of differences between nonstick and just hard anodized cookware, but what about the care for the combination of both? Obviously, one wouldn't use metal cooking utensils with nonstick, but anything else? I always hand wash dishes anyhow...
**Do I just treat the cookware as I would any nonstick cookware? Any foods to avoid?

Thanks! As Jacques Pepin would say, happy cooking!

Dont' put it in the dishwasher, unless you dont' mind a white haze on the outside of your pots/pans.

Use a sponge to clean w/ liquid detergent. Soak cooked-on foods to get off... no scrubbing w/ metal brillo pads.
