You ain't seen nothin' yet.

Those who lived in the path of Hurricane Katrina seemed 'nice' enough, UNTIL after she hit. Then the true nature of man broke out, causing rape, murder and destruction.

The hate, and the natural proclivity of man is just under the surface, but held at bay, by laws, When law can no longer be upheld during chaotic atmosphere, that's when you see what people are really like.

Not 'all' went bad, per sé, but a lot more than people would ever have imagined.

Because humans draw lines in the sand. Since the days when we all lived in tribes.
It will always be something today it's religion, another day rich vs the poor, the color of eyes or skin it is human to draw a line.
It's just that we have communication so prevalent and we have visuals coming into our living rooms we have less and less control. So we will less tolerance.

Somewhere along the line people came to believe that everything should suit their particular needs, opinions, tastes, timetable, etc. Is it advertising that has contributed to this? I don't know. But when we don't get what we want, and in the time frame we want it, it's a real problem. And if anyone disagrees with us, watch out.

The bible also tells us that, as the end times approach, the love of many will wax cold. So...it's merely another fulfilled prophecy.

Because some people are lost and they do not want to live their life righteously. They rebel against the Lord. Their hearts are hardened. They would rather reign in hell rather than serve the Lord. It should not be that way but God gave us all free will. All we can do is pray for those that are lost to find their way to the Lord and live their life righteously.

Because of sin. Jesus Christ came to deal with the penalty and power of sin, but its very presence wont be taken care of until we all get new bodies.
