cheez-its are a tasty snack...however they are high in calories. 180 per serving 90 calories are from fat...they also contain a very high amount of sodium.

High fat foods and high sodium can lead to many health problems such as obesity and heart disease.

Just make sure you dont eat to many cheez-its....eat some fruits and veggies as well!!

You know what? If you like them than you eat them! I think its better than sitting down with a bag of Fritos!!! I dont know if you should sit down with the whole box, but for crying out loud we all need to enjoy something, and if you enjoy cheezits, then eat them!! Maybe just in moderation!! Enjoy !!

they've got a lot of fat and salt. you can eat them if you're not overweight or anything. if that's so, you could also ask the question "what's wrong with my parents?" ;)
