Starts from left pelvic region down to inner thighs and down upto the center of my feet. Only in the left leg. I take pain killers but they are temporary reliefs and the pain resurfaces. I have also observed that due to this i have burning in urine for which i use carnberry juice. Does any one know the reason or cause for this?? anybody have the similar pain, if so what your doctor adviced? what are the remedies? I hope it doesnt turn out to be a major problem for me in the future. I dont have medical insurance hence have not seen any doctor.

I forgot to mention one thing which i just remembered. I observed that the dragging pain in my thighs and groin area increases when i eat chicken or drink beer. Thankfully those two things are not my regulars, i just take them 1-2 times in a month.

There are so many things this can be so, the truth is, you need to see a doctor. Can you call your local hospital and find out where the nearest free clinic or ability-to-pay clinic is located? Your visit would be free at one and, at the other, you would be charged based on what you can afford to pay (which could also be free!).

Your pain may the pelvis and and pain in your lower extremities may or may not be related. Is this pain constant? Does it come and go? Does the pain go away after urination only to gradually worsen until you empty your bladder again? How would you describe the severity of the pain? How long have you had the pain?

It sounds like you definitely have a urinary tract issue of some sort due to the burning on urination but the leg issues may or may not be related. You urinary issues could be a UTI (urinary tract infection), interstitial cystitis, kidney stone (depends on this pain you are having), or several other issues. Unfortunately, all these issues require medical intervention. Please try to find out where you can get free medical care and then follow through on getting that care.

The pain in the right groin down the leg sounds like either a pulled ligament or muscle. The fact that it shoots down your leg sounds like some sort of nerve damage. The burning when you urinate is most certainly either a urinary tract or bladder infection. The cranberry juice is a good start. You can buy OTC tests for UTI's and there are medications OTC as well. Being you don't have health insurance, that's the cheapest start. Try to rest a little. If it's s pulled muscle, ligament - rest will help. Try not to lift anything heavy. If it continues for more than 3-5 days from now or it gets much worse, unfortunately you should go to a hospital. Regardless of your ability to pay, they cannot turn you away.

You could have a urinary tract infection (UTI) if its burning when u pee. I have come across people reporting the dragging feeling with this, but the pain down you left leg into your foot sounds different to this, do you have a history of back pain or any back pain at the moment?
If its a UTI you probly need antibiotics, but you should really see a doctor anyway to rule out anything else. Im from the UK so we dont have the problem of insurance here, isnt there any way you can see a doctor for free like a clinic or anything?
Sorry I cant offer any more advice than this

I think you have two different on going situations. I would advise you to try vaginal hormone for the urine problem but then I think if you are premanapause this would not be the answer. \
As to the pain in your inner thigh and pelvic region this sounds more like a nerve problem. I recommend that you go online to every medical site and ask this question perhaps you will find someone who has had the same problems. Good Luck.

Your two symptoms could be related or completly unrelated. Medically, you need to have a UTI and other, more advanced urniary problems ruled out. This is especially true if you have to take cranberry juice to keep the urinary symptoms at bay. The leg pain can be referred from a genito-urinal problem, or could be related to an orthopedic problem such as a radicular pain (coming from the spine), hip or sacroiliac pain.

In either case, there appears to be a "red flag" indicating possible underlying medical problem. This should really be evaluted by a physician.

There have been several good suggestions in the answers delivered thus far. It seems most concur with the urinary infective process ongoing.

The dragging sensation did not have any one suggesting a herniation which could be applying pressure to the femoral artery which passes through the inguinal canal also.. Your mention of certain intake of food and drink is what brought me to this direction of thought.. They would create an increase in the gases in the digestive tract and would apply additional pressure to that particular area.

Hot compressions can help bring them to a head. When it pops put antibiotic ointment on them to keep bacteria out. Do they come and go? I have APD where i get a rash on my face and arms along with boils on my breast, They usually flare up around the time i ovulate and go away when i start my period. And then they come back. I had it since 09 but just got a diagnosis this passed october.

The pain sounds like it may be related to joint problems, but it really takes a professional to diagnose. Have you tried some gentle exercises or stretches to see if it helps alleviate the problem? I'm honestly stumped as the symptoms don't sound familiar to me. Have you tried asking SoulDoctor? He's good at diagnosing stuff & offering cheap but effective solutions. I'm sorry I can't help more.

You're going to have to get money to see a medical doctor. It sounds like you have an infection going on in your body. It's going to have to be evaluated so you can get the proper medication and treatment.
