Keep taking the mood stabilizer. It helps the bipolar medication stabilize this.Side effects? Ask your doctor. You'll end up in a relapse.

You still need to get your illness under control. I know it can be difficult but you need to speak to your psychaitrist and maybe find another mood stabilizer without such harsh side effect. Like any anti-psychotic medication, it's trying until you find the right one that works for you. Let you doctor know how you feel about overdosing and cutting, he will be able to help you find the right care you need. You did the right thing by seeing a psychiatrist, now just confide in him/her and follow the instructions so you can get stable. It is possible, I've worked with enough bipolar disorder individuals to know that you can too. Hang tough and don't give up or give in.

Relax. You need to relax and stop worring. I know it's all very difficult but you know... it's very important to learn to control yourself. a lot of people think about suicide but never do it. If you will be afraid it will make your state worse. Consult a doctor if you can, if you don't trust yours, try to find another one. It's very important to have somebody you can tell about your problems. Antidepressants are not safe, they can cause changes in your behaviour, you need to consult a doctor rather often taking them. Some can make your state worse (closer to suicide). I suppose you need to change your doctor. Yours is not working well. may be you don't understand each other. Does your doctor know you stop taking that thing? You should not take such decisions by yourself
