could you actually break your neck by twisitng your head with your hands?? im just curious

when i say twisting i mean twisting the head side to side using the hands. so please take your time to answer this question.

no, it takes considerable strength to break the neck, you could not apply the force required to do that on yourself. You can however cause considerable damage and misalignment by doing that if you don't know exactly what you are doing.

there are 2 things stemming sown in back of your neck on the sides that can tear and that can be deadly so be careful

yes and someone alse could break your neck jsut liek a rag doll so um yea be careful
