You should never leave any dog outside alone unsupervised.. You never know when someone might decide to steal your dog.. Why risk it?

Well, your dog is 2 months old, hopefully you've got a clue from the answers to your other questions and brought him in. He should not go out at ALL until he's had all his vaccinations. From your other qs we now know your dog is already ill - and yet you still haven't brought him inside.

People who get rottweilers to have as guard dogs actually make me sick. It's dogs who are treated like this that end up on the front page of the news because they've just been put to sleep after killing the kid who climbed over the fence to get their ball back or whatever.

Dogs are supposed to be a part of the family, period. They're not their to protect you, you're supposed to be protecting HIM - if someone really wants to break into your property they'll bring a knife or a gun, and a dog won't be much use against that. So get a burglar alarm and bring your dog inside where he belongs. You don't deserve a dog if you're going to treat it like this.

No dog can stay outside without you worrying. You are afraid someone will steal it but there are many more factors you are not considering. It isn't safe to leave a dog outside unattended.
