I got a mixed bag of answers, but have you ever thought that he's apointed Jesus to be executioner of the wicked, & shepard of those who are qualified to be in the paradise earth? so can you tell me how you would start the process to find the worthy ones & how you would get rid of the disaproved ones, & make the earth a paradise

My methods could never equal Jesus'. I suppose that is your point, that no human could possibly do this, however well intentioned. (Ecclesiastes 8:9, Jeremiah 10:23)Jesus began with a dynamic preaching and teaching campaign that lasted three and half years. During this time he trained his disciples to do the same work and gave them the assignment of continuing it until the end of this wicked system. After his resurrection, Jesus, as the head of the Christian congregation, began directing this work from heaven. Every Christian must follow this directive to preach and teach. (Matthew 28:19-20) Jesus said at Matthew 22:14 that many are called but few chosen. During his earthly ministry and even after his resurrection, Jesus invited many, the entire nation of Israel to be his followers. Relatively few responded making it necessary to choose the rest of the heavenly priestly class from among Gentiles who converted and became spiritual Israelites. (Romans 2:29, Revelation 1:6, 20:6) This disciple-making work has continued down to this day, despite the efforts of Satan who sowed "weeds" among them that have proliferated and divided "Christians" into various sects. As this world entered it's last days, Jesus appointed his faithful and discreet slave over all his earthly belongings.(Matthew 6:44-47) They continue to carry out the preaching and teaching work along with a "great crowd" of "other sheep who will become the nucleus of society on the paradise earth. (Revelation 7:9, 21:1-4) Jesus judges people based upon their response to the kingdom message.(Luke 19:27) Because of God's patience, people still have time to take their stand on the side of Jesus Christ. (2Peter 3:9)
When the time comes, however, the wicked will be destroyed and the meek will inherit the earth. (Psalms 37:10-11, Matthew 5:5) They will then be free to cultivate the earth and make it a true paradise. God will bless them in this. (Psalm 67:6-7)

Line everyone on Earth up in a straight line, and play a game of Simon says, shooting everyone that messes up. The last 144,000 are those who are the true sheep of the holy shepherd, and will also be shot.

I, personally, would screw it up from the outset. I like his methods. Additionally, he is not executioner. Instead he is judge. There is a difference.

Ask for obedience. Those that obey welcome into paradise. Those that don't, send them to a lower place. Does that sound familiar?
