Bad Credit Does Not Mean You Cannot Get A Loan. One of the most popular resources for researching bad credit loans is the internet. Almost all lenders have web sites that provide guidelines and information about their bad credit loan programs, and some even offer onlinemake your credit rating worse, so make sure you learn as much as possible about each lender’s program before deciding whether or not to complete an application. You can also work with an independent loan broker to help determine which lenders have programs that fit your individual circumstances.

Hate to say it but you should start looking for an apartment, or at least call the tax people and see if you can make an arrangement, because that is one thing not even bankruptcy will remove. Sounds like you have not paid in a couple of years, and should of known this was coming.

You have waited too long to ask for help now. Haven't you spoken with your municipality to see if some arrangement can be made? Have you just ignored the warning notices? I'd call and beg them to work with you. I'd also check with local lenders to see if there is any possibility of them loaning you money to pay this off and up to date. Some may require making the payment themselves to make sure you pay it. But call it won't hurt anything now. Next time you're in over your head, ask for help right away!

Reality is you will NOT get a loan under those circumstances.
Best find a family member immediately before losing the house if at all possible.
How many years in taxes is that?
