Taking a good muliti-vitamin would help with your Vitamin C problem. If you aren't getting enough Vitamin C you are probably lacking in many other vitamins as well.

Hey there-- I am a holistic health counselor, and here's some insight--
Taking the pills certainly won't hurt you, but it will not substitute receiving the vitamins from food sources. Vitamins in food are digested by the whole body, whereas the pills you take will go into the bloodstream much faster making their effect dramatically less. Again, it won't hurt you so much but try and get more vitamin c from food via fruits and vegetables! hope this helps...

You could take them or drink orange juice or eat tropical fruit...Any thing like that will help boost your vitamin C level...Did you know that vitamin C can help prevent colds...my dad took some a few days before he had to travel for business on an airplane...he didn't end up catching a cold...

a good multi-vitamin will get you all you need, and then some. Vitamin C is best taken before bed.

limit your vitamin c use to 500mg a day, any more than that you just stress your kidneys as they try to expell the excess.
