ok, first of all it's normal to lose hair throughout the day. the reason it seems like a lot to you is because it's gelled and instead of it just falling away, the loose hairs get tangled and then all come out when you wash it. also, brushing, washing, putting it up, etc. will make more hair fall out. so don't worry about that.
as far as prduct goes, try using a light moose instead of gel. it won't be as heavy and your curls will still look great. you may have to try several different products to find one that really works best for your hair.
try brush or pick out your hair before you get in the shower. start at the tips and work your way to the roots. this will get excess product out and you'll go into the shower with tangle-free hair. and ALWAYS use some sort of leave-in conditioner.

If your hair is falling out, you REALLY need to work on your diet/way of eating. Make sure that you are eating a large portion of vegetables, especially of the green and orange kind. And don't forget your vitamin C!
Your hair can become healthier.
My hair gets tangled really easily, and I just regularly brush it throughout the day.
And if your scalp is sensitive, I would recommend using some natural hair products- for shampoo and such.

Okay, this may sound weird, but have you ever tried the product they make for kids with sensitive scalps? Like the tangle free spray or shampoo? My friend used that and she says it really works and she has hair down to her lower back. Hope it works.

lol...yeah i use aussie spray and scrunch and it wroks really well but another thing i do is after my hair is kinda dry and is just damp...not dripping wet i put it up in a bun on the top of my head and then spary it and leave it in the bun while i do my makeup and get dressed and all then take it down and it should still be a little wet so i spray it a little more and style it but then i spray over it with hairspray and it works pretty good. lol hope this helps!!! oh yeah then i blow dry it while scrunching it with my hand! lol

I scrunch my hair ALL the time. But instead use fructis curl muose it works and make sure your hair is wet or damp when you put it in and then scrunch it then spray it with hairspray and that fructis spray jell. doing this your hair shouldnt tangle.

im no professional, but i have curly hair. when you rinse it try using conditioner after you get it wet and rinse, if your going to wash it then wash as usual, but if your just rinsing it, the condtioner will rinse out........and losing hair that just happens nothing you can do about it, its normal, my husband could put hair back on his head with the amount of hair i lose, it grows back, only problem with that is its just a pain in the a$$. also you could try a different product from a salon thats more gentle, and does the same job, just cost more

Try something other than the gell stuff. Like shampoos && conditioners to get curly hair. I don't really know what to say about your hair falling out, but if you use to much of like hairspray or gel, the stuff will break off your hair && make it frizy.

Shower first then put straightening cream in damp hair, then blow dry as you style with a round brush. Use L'Oreal paris studio line heat seeker only for $5
