Olive oil is indeed good for your health. It contains omega 3 fatty acids which contribute to heart health. Every diet requires foods containing omega 3. Moderation is the key, because olive oil, like all oils, is high in calorie.
White bread is not high in nutrition. If you eat breads containing whole grains you are much better off. Look for whole eat bread, oat bran bread, etc. Whole grains are unprocessed carbohydrates which are beneficial to your health. Again, all breads are carbyhydrates so go easy on them if you are watching your weight.

No matter what is on it, most white breads are pretty unhealthy. Try finding a good wheat bread that does not have any HFCS in it. Olive oil is good in moderation, but remember, it is all fat.

good for you
IT is a new fad for me just in the last few years.
I find olive oil tastes like dirt.
I would rather lick my fingers after baiting my fish hook.

Olive oil yes, in small amounts.
Bread, not so much.
But who wants to dip their finger in olive oil and lick it!
So enjoy in moderation!
To my olive oil I add roasted garlic, cracked black pepper, red pepper flakes and parmesan.
