Eat only veggies and drink water for the first week to cleanse out your body. Then afterwards, add turkey, tuna, and chicken to your diet along with the veggies. You can also drink diet sodas if you want, and herbal tea. (No juice!)

If you must eat something sweet, eat a little but not too much. This is how I lost 30 pounds in 2 months.

Its simple...Take in less calories that you put out. Diet & exercise...Keep up the cardio (jumo rope, run, bike ect). As far as your diet goes lots of good lean protein (chicken, fish, turkey ect.), green vegetables, and small portions good carbs (wheat breads and whole grains) ... Lots of water...no soda! The most important part, if you really want to lose the weight...Dont cheat!

Fast is not safe... Especially, very fast.

No junk food, water, work out every day. Results in 90 days. you will gain lean muscle and bone density, so its best to throw the scale out the window and judge by how clothes fit or a measuring tape.

You can't lose 40 fast AND healthy. If you wanted to do it fast just dont eat. That would b e very unhealthy and no one would recomend that. Do it slowly and healthy you will be happy in the long run! Good luck!
