I'm not sure, it's NEVER happened to me. I'll have to do more research and get back to you.

I found this technical description for you:

"Alcohol is quite simply a type of drug. It affects the nerves that pass messages around the body by slowing them down. And the more you drink the greater the effect. The reason people often get more lively when they've had a drink is that alcohol affects parts of the brain responsible for self-control.

Your reactions also slow down, and you may become uncoordinated or unsteady on your feet. Your speech may get slurred and you may start seeing double. If you've had a lot to drink you may also experience strong emotional responses - for instance you may become aggressive or tearful. And because your judgement is impaired, you may do things that you might not normally do - from dancing on tables to going home with strangers. They may seem a good idea at the time, but can be extremely dangerous."

In the mean time, I will keep doing my own alcohol "research".

The toxic effects of alcohol (C2H5OH) are well documented. Just keep in mind that it's a dangerous drug, and effects vary from one to another. Let's precede the answer shall we?

There are some who handle it well. There are some who become violent after a few drinks, yet never learn their lesson to stay off booze, spare their empty apologies after the fact. (there are some amongst that set who desperately deserve to be dumped off the Mississippi River bridge IMHO.)

Judgment is the first thing to be impaired. Why do people do the most stupid things when drunk? Due to that reason of course. Motor reflexes begin to go downhill with increased drinking.

On a physiological level, one is drunk when they're succumbing to the effects that the alcohol they've consumed is giving them. The cure? TIME.. The body must metabolize alcohol, and there's really no way to hide this from the well-trained cops if you do something stupid like drive and they pull you over. Keep this in mind if you party!! Don't party if you're tight-scheduled and have to drive unless you have someone to drive you home.

Too much beer or wine will not make
you drunk.

Too much beer or wine kills you.

Drunk is an intended state of mind.
Death is, um, ..................... dead.
Too few spirits breeds prissyness
but this can be cured ;
assuming beer or wine is available.

Ha! Ha! Ha! I love that question. To much of fermented stuff kinda makes you feel funny. Try not to ever drink to much, unless you are with your girls.
