OK. This is awesome and it works everytime.
Kashi Good Friends cereal.
It has 12 grams of fiber per cup.
It's actually pretty good, too.
I put a little Splenda on it sometimes.

you need to be drinking one whole heck of a lot more water than you obviously do. Your body requires 2 liters a day to function efficiently, and yes it has to be water, not juice, not coffee tea or soda, WATER. Our tissues require the water to replace what is lost thru breathing, sweating and urination, and that is a lot every day. So start guzzling water, your bowels will normalize. You can hurry the process a little once you start drinking water by taking docusate sodium, available in any drugstore over the counter, it stays in your gut and pulls water into the gut with it. This softens your stools and makes them much easier to pass.

Salads, whole gran breads and as much water as you can. But if you haven't gone for a week, you need to try a laxative. There are plenty of gentle ones out there.
It may be that you should see the doctor. You could be partially blocked and that can be pretty serious. I speak from experience.
Good luck!

Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.get-slender.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

A quart of water with 2 teapsoons sea salt. Drink it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Just don't plan on going anywhere for an hour or so afterwards!

you could try some fiber caplets or try taking Pepito dismal but be careful too much can make you lose weight also other than that you should try to see whats in your diet you eat stops you from being regular an if you find out what it is then you can try to not eat it too much or just eat more whole grain an see if that works .
