Do they take the scenic route to the hospital in the event of serious injury?

of course not, that is ridiculous......they don't even look for your identification until you have been stabilized, and often that doesn't happen until you are in the hospital and getting all the care necessary to keep you alive.

lol, I guess it depends on what type of person you are. Evil people should be taken to the hospital via the scenic route! I like your thinking.....

If you die on your way to the hospital you can't be a donor, anyway. Plus, the paramedics have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with donation, and neither does the ER staff, or the doctors who treat you at a hospital.
