Your teacup is sick because it's underweight and is...a "teacup."
I'm sorry dude, but if the vet can't help you, not much we can do. However, I'd call up the BYB you got your pup from and scream bloody murder!
ETA: Just to make sure...did your dog get sick because of the vaccinations? If so, call the vet immediately.

First and foremost, we need to establish what "shots" were given. I doubt the doctor gave vaccines to a sick dog, and probably gave some medication to help prevent his nausea. Secondly, how old is the sick dog, because this makes a huge difference in the determination of his possible disease. At this point in time, you need to call your vet back for a second visit or take him to an emergency clinic. Because he is a teacup, he is at higher risk for dehydration and hypoglycemia. Please do not force feed him food, as this may cause future problems like aspiration pneumonia. I say this because we do not know if he could have a GI obstruction leading to his vomiting. You should really consult a vet and have bloodwork, radiographs, fecal analysis, urinalysis and possible abdominal ultrasound. I hope he does well, but little dogs and lengthy sickness do not go well together.

A dog that small can become dehydrated quickly from vomiting. I hope your vet gave him some fluids, if not you need to try and get him to drink some childrens pedialyte to restore his electrolytes. Have you been feeding him tablescraps? I have a small yorkie as well and know from experience that feeding them table food can make them really sick. If he isn't better by tomorrow he needs to go to the vet again. Someone else mentioned that the immunization shots will make them sick too and I agree with this. Did he just have his shots done recently and then he got sick afterwards? Small yorkies can sometimes have bad reactions to shots.

I don't recognize those symptoms, but I'm not a vet, just a dog lover. I'm a big fan of second opinions for me and my pets. If it's an option for you, I would consult another vet. Also I echo the concerns about his origin - do you know much about the breeder? Sorry - I hope the little guy is better soon.

Take away all food and water and give the pet the baby non-flavored pediolyte, this will settle its stomach and replace any electrolytes it has lost during nausea and keep it from dehyrrating.Boil some chicken, cut into small pieces, put into blender with swmall amount of water and puree it.Most pets will eat this when nothing else. Also give your pet a dab of plain honey on its tongue to help raise its sugar level which is probably low from not eating, this will keep it from getting very weak and seizure stage..If this pet still won't eat,you must force feed it the pediolyte and puree chicken. The main thing is to get something on its stomach.

Is it possible someone may have poisoned your dog. Some tainted tuna maybe. Keep in mind if you don't already know this, giving dogs chocolate or pork is toxic. Not saying that you fed your dog something bad. Hope your little yorkie feels better.

Listen: no one one here can possibly know what's wrong with your dog or how to help.
I assume by doc you mean the vet? Continue working with the vet, they're the ones who can help. Keep the vet informed of the dog's progress, especially if the situation worsens. They need to know to be able to help. Keep in mind he may need to go in for e.g blood tests, xrays to get to the root of the problem.

As a owner of a dog who fell victim to the tainted food recall please take him to a NORMAL vet who will run a urine test on him to see if crystals or anything out of the ordinary show.
If he is shaking and tounge begins to hang out, get him to a vet asap!!! don't play around with this.

Yes call the vet back. Did he check your pup's liver, or run any test before giving shots?
This is why people get upset at back yard breeders. That poor little puppy.

Call the vet back. A puppy that small can get dehydrated really fast which can lead to death.
