*okay...this is my info for you to use to answer my 2 questions at the end....PLEASE answer them...example: 1. (2 weeks)

MY DIET PLAN will this work? PLEASE HELP?
im 14,5.4,and i weigh 162lbs, i need to weigh 130lbs, this is my plan:

to eat 5 small meals a day (size of my fist)
and dance for 1 to maybe 3 hours (somtimes i lose track of time, its fun :D) and im only drinking water,

1.with the info ive given you, how long do yu think it will take untill i see results?

2.how long do you think it will take untill i reach my goal to weigh 130lbs?

I wouldn't expect to lose more than an average of 2 pounds a week. Any faster isn't very healthy for you. So it should take at least 4 months to reach your ultimate goal. You'll start seeing results within your first couple of weeks though. You'll notice the difference of just 2 pounds in your face, and your jeans will start to fit just a little bit looser. It'll be so exciting and will keep you motivated to keep going!

Be sure that your five small meals include lots of lean protein and fruits and veggies, not just empty calories with no nutrition. Kudos to for you planning to cut out soda and sugary juices, but you should drink some low fat milk as well as water everyday.

It depends what you eat.
Make sure it's a banence of protien, carbs (not too many) and veggies + fruit.
If you are going to have 5 small meals, i'd reccomend that each meal consists of approximately 250calories

If you keep up a good ealthy diet, your health will improve and you will lose weight fast... but depending in your metabolism, id' say 4-6 months.
1-2 lbs a week is a good goal

You should not lose more than 2 lbs a week, it is not healthy, also, if you lose to fast, it will not stay off...do not go under 1200 calories a day....eat lean meat, veggies and fruit...not too much dairy (cheese, milk) not too much carbs...like potatoes, rice, pasta....you should reach your goal in around four months....to do it faster is just not healthy...

you could see results in a week, but maybe longer. you should reach your goal in maybe 3 months. you're young enough to lose weight fast.

So easy forget all that i used to be fat , im a rugby player and am mainly muscle now.(not to be vain haha) listen just mind your calories and i would highly reccomend jogging or the kettleworx program :)
