am 14 years old and am 5' 7'' but i weigh 112 and i think i should start dieting what do you think ?

I wouldn't worry about it. Start eating better. Lay off of sugary drinks, cookies, cakes, etc. Avoid fried foods. Try to eat lots of fruits, green veggies and lean meats. At 14 you need good nutrition because your going through puberty. Your body is growing and needs good vitamins and nutrients. Don't diet!

According to your bmi you should actually weigh 118lbs because you are classified as underweight. 118lbs is the minimum for your height. I wouldn't start dieting to lose weigh you should just eat healthy food and exercise.

you do not need to diet at all. you could weight a lot more and still be fine for your height. you're underweight. make sure you eat healthy.

No you are just right. Exercise to make your body firm, but not to loose weight.

you are totally fine.. you shouldn't diet.. if you do you wouldn't be healthy
