He has his adult teeth now and one fell out during chewtime. Will he grow another one?

no; if it's an adult tooth and it's gone, it's gone forever. if it's just broken off, may want to have him checked by vet to see if the rest of it needs to be extracted.

Once your dogs adult teeth come out they are gone for ever

domestic dogs toddler enamel fall our purely like peoples do, and this is common for somewhat blood if it fell out. yet whilst one million/2 of the the enamel continues to be there you may take her to a vet.

no he won't and if he is loosing adult teeth you may want him checked to see if he's starting with teeth or gum problems

oh yes, they loose teeth through out their lifetime- but mainly the baby teeth will pop out one by one- you may find them on your carpet, in his food dish, in his sleeping area etc...
Our vet checked our 7 month old recently and she said "oh lookie here, we have 2 missing and 3 loose ones!
