We're trying to find my husband's 2005 w2 form, or a copy of it. Would h&r block still have it? That's who we did our taxes with. I wonder if there's any other place we could look.

if h & r did your taxes they ahve to keep a copy of your taxes from anywhere from 3 to 5 years in case of an audit so yes they will have a copy of it and they have to give it to you with out charging you for anything more than a copying fee

H&R Block might have a copy of it, but most likely place to ask is your husband's employer for 2005.

H&R Block might have it. He could also request a copy from his employer at that time, or request a copy from the IRS.

The H&R Block agent you went to should have a copy of it because they are to keep them on file.

His employer should have a copy. They should be able to provide a copy.

It should be stapled to your return in the package they gave you at H&R.
